Eligibility Conditions:
Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and Proficiency in local language.
Candidates must have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified.

Pay Scale:
Officer Jr. Management Scale - I: 14500 - 600/7 - 18700 - 700/2 – 20100 - 800/7 - 25700
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300

Age limit: 18-28 years as on 01-07-2013 for both posts. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

IBPS Score Card (CWE) Details:
1. Officer Jr. Management Scale - I: Candidates who have valid score card with 97 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD and 103 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD are eligible for apply.
2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Candidates who have valid score card with 89 & above for SC/ ST/ SC-PWD/ ST-PWD/ SC-EXS/ ST-EXS and 95 & above for OBC/ GEN/ OBC-PWD/ GEN-PWD/ OBC-EXS/ GEN-EXS are eligible for apply. 

Application Fee: Candidates belongs to SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates have to pay the fee of Rs.20/- and Rs.100/- for General /OBC, through CBS at any of the Branches of Bank of Baroda or Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank by means of a Payment Challan available in the Bank’s website.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.

Age Limit: Age Limit for the candidates should be up to 38 years and 65 years (for retired applicant) as on 01 January 2014 and relaxation for the candidate should be should be as per rules.

Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- Per Month (for post 1 to 3), Rs. 20,000/- Per Month (for post 4), Rs. 10,000/- Per Month (for post 5) and Rs. 7,500/- Per Month (for post 6).

Selection Procedure: The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test/ Trade Test/ Practical Test/ Skill Test/ Personal Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.
