IIIT Hyderabad PGEE for Admission into PG and Research Programs 2013

The International Institute of Information Technology (III –H) Hyderabad invites all the eligible candidates for Post Graduate Entrance Examination (PGEE) for admission into Postgraduate and Research programs in the areas of Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Computer Aided Structural Engineering, Bioinformatics, Computational Natural Sciences (Dual-Degree and M.Sc.), IT in Building Sciences, Spatial Informatics (Remote Sensing and GIS) and Humanities for the Academic Year 2013 – 2014.

Eligibility: Candidates who have completed (or going to complete by July 2013) BTech / BE / B.Arch. etc., in any branch of Engineering, B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry or Biology with good Mathematics background or M.Tech. / M.E. / MCA / M.Sc. / M.A

Selection Process: - Selection of the candidates will be based on PGEE
- For some programs like M.S. Research and Ph.D. candidates will be called directly for Interviews

Examination Centers: Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi

The application fees is Rs. 1200/- for one program and Rs. 50/- extra for each additional program
• Application fees can be paid either through Credit Card or through Demand Draft
• Candidates must write application number (received in the confirmation mail) along with the name, email id on the reverse side of the DD and send the same to the Chairman, PG Admissions, IIIT, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500032, AP

Important Dates:
• Last Date for Submission of Application Forms through PGEE Portal: 22/03/2013
• Last Date for the Receipt of Application fees at IIIT Hyderabad: 24/03/2013
• Admit Cards Available From: 12/04/2012
• Date of Entrance Examination: 21/04/2013 from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm
