1. Sr. Deputy Chief Accounts Officer:
Qualification/Experience: 1. Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. 2.Officers holding analogous post or holding posts of Dy. Chief Accounts Officer and equivalent posts in respective discipline of finance department in the scale of pay of `24900-50500 (`13000-18250- pre-revised) in Govt./Semi Govt./PSUs or Autonomous bodies with 3 years regular service in the grade will be eligible. 3. The bench mark in overall grading in the ACRs/APARs will not be below “Very Good” 2. Marine Engineer: Qualification/Experience: (i) MOT I Class Motor Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act, 1958. (ii)One year post qualification experience as Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer on board a foreign going ship. 3. Dy. Marine Engineer: Qualification/Experience: (i) MOT II Class Motor Certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act, 1958. (ii) 2 years experience as Independent Watch Keeping Engineer on board a foreign going ship 4. Senior Medical Officer (General Duty): Qualification/Experience: (i) MBBS Degree from a recognized University. (ii) Five year experience in a Hospital after completion of internship of one year 5. Asst. Engineer (Ele): Qualification/Experience: (i) Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 2 years experience in Electrical works 6. Asst. Engineer (Mech): Qualification/Experience: (i) Degree in Mechanical Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 2 years experience in Mechanical or Mechanical Marine works 7. Senior Translator: Qualification/Experience: Masters degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level or Masters degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi/English as compulsory/elective subject of either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory elective subject at degree level or Masters degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi/English as compulsory elective subject or as medium of examination at degree level or Bachelors degree of a recognized University with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a compulsory elective subject plus a recognized diploma certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Govt. offices (Including Govt. of India undertaking) 8.
